You can love your body and try to change it at the same time!

The body that you have today, is the body that you are meant to have right now.

Your life, your experiences, have led you to where you are are in your life today, and that includes your body.

Whether you have 5 or 25kgs to lose, or the problem is to gain weight / muscle, you need to love your body now.

To be able to successfully change your body shape, you need to love it as it is today. You need to love yourself, as you are, today.

Loving what you see in the mirror  now, will make any changes that you want to make to your already perfect body, so much easier.

Trying to hate your body in any form of change creates a stress response, and makes the change you are trying to achieve so much harder.

Relax….breathe in deep….slow down…nourish your body and soul….love your reflection and see how your body naturally and easily changes shape before your eyes.
