Module One of The Body Love Experience!
This module is all about self care, self love and self compassion.
Whilst we open our coaching experience with a fun module, it can be confronting.
We dive into what are your current self care practices, whether getting your hair done, a massage, spending time with friends, being out in nature or whatever it is that soothes your soul.
We look at how you can increase your self care on a daily level, and make it become part of your new routine back to self love, and of course, body love.
We look at how you show yourself compassion, or are you constantly hard on yourself? We explore where in life you can introduce more compassion towards yourself. Sometimes not always easy, but so very important.
