When I work with women one on one, it is incredibly important to me that each woman feels safe, seen and understood. When a little bird is learning to fly, she’s not simply pushed from the nest. She’s nurtured over time until she has the strength to fly on her own. I understand recovery takes time, and I’m here to share this journey with you.
The Body Love ExperienceMy signature online course over 18 weeks where you’ll discover how to repair your relationship with your body and with food. This program will help you to begin seeing the illusions for what they really are. You’ll learn healthier ways to prioritise and set boundaries, you’ll reclaim power over your negative beliefs, tune in to your body’s innate wisdom and explore pleasure in wholesome nourishment.
The work I’ve been doing with Michelle has definitely improved my life.
I have been a yo-yo dieter for as long as I can remember. Because of Michelle’s coaching and guidance, I am beginning to break the horrible cycle of bingeing and restricting.
